The Pure Street Photography Awards 2026 brought together 1,582 photographs from photographers across 50 countries, celebrating the spontaneous moments that make everyday life so compelling. This year’s winners were selected by Fiona Shields, Head of Photography at The Guardian, and acclaimed street photographer Rui Palha. Alongside eight winning photographers, 158 finalists were recognized for images filled with humor, emotion, striking coincidences, and unforgettable scenes from streets around the world.
